(4). Finding out about customer’s purchasing habits and preferences.

What is important from a marketing point of view is that different types of consumers have to be addressed in different ways.

Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. And it can help you to improve your company’s overall performance.

Strategic planning clears the company’s objectives. Clearly define the purpose of the organization and to establish realistic goals. It provides clearer focus of organization, producing more efficiency and effectiveness to helps planners to examine experiences about what to do next.
